POSTAL ORDER FORM Unfortunately at present I am only able to deal with transactions by post although I hope in due course to introduce an Internet Order Form. Blank Charts & Easy Guides can be ordered online via http://www.parishchest.com To place an order by post please click on the link You can either print the page or copy and paste it into a word document or an e.mail We can accept cheques or will invoice you by e.mail for a payment through Pay Pal on the Internet As far as your file for printing is concerned you can either send it on a floppy disk, zip disk CD or as an e-mail attachment. If the later is your preferred option, post the form on its own and I will e-mail you an order number. You can then return the e-mail with your file attached. Receipt of all files via e-mail will be acknowledged, If you do not receive a response please contact me as the firewall or virus checker may have blocked your file.
